How can I contact customer support?

You can reach us via WhatsApp or email, and our team will assist you promptly.

Do you offer size exchanges?

Yes. Size exchanges are allowed within 4 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be requested within 4 days of delivery. Refunds are given as store credit only. Each order is eligible for one return.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No. We currently accept prepaid payments only via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 5–10 working days after dispatch across India.

Are the product colors accurate?

Yes. All product photos are carefully edited to match the real-life color as closely as possible.

What fabrics are used?

We use breathable fabrics like cotton, rayon, viscose, modal, linen, crepe, muslin, silk blends, and handloom cotton for comfort and durability.

What sizes do you offer?

Our styles run true to size with a relaxed fit. Daily wear starts from M, and occasion wear starts from L. If you’re between sizes, our fits are usually forgiving and comfortable.

How do I create an account?

Please click on “Login/Register” followed by ‘Create An Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.

I have problems adding items to my shopping cart?

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
