At House of Samrika, every piece is created with care, and we want you to love what you receive. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or have a genuine size issue. If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us within 4 days from the date of delivery.

Exchange orders are processed after the original item is received back. In case your preferred product is out of stock, our team will reach out to suggest alternatives.

Please note that sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.


RETURN POLICY
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 4 days from the date of delivery. In case your preferred product is out of stock, our team will reach out to suggest alternatives.

Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit. Store credit will be shared with you once the returned item is successfully delivered back. 

Each order is eligible for return only once. Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for return.

For damaged, defective, or missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will be unable to assist beyond this period.

If your order contains damaged items, please upload images and details via the provided link. Our team will guide you through the process for a replacement, store credit, or full refund.

Minor misprints, threads, or color variations from website images are not considered defects. As our products are handcrafted, such variations are natural and reflect their authenticity.Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including polyester bags, hang tags on garments, and labels. Any items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

  • To initiate a return or exchange, please visit the following link.

  • Select the item you wish to return and mention the reason for the return.

  • If the product is defective or damaged, please upload clear images for verification.

  • Return pickups are available for orders within India.

  • Please ensure the product is unworn, with all original tags and labels intact.

  • Requests for return or exchange on orders placed using store credit will not be accepted.

  • Store credit will be issued within 24 hours of the order being delivered back and sent to you via email.

  • It is valid for a lifetime.

  • The credit amount will reflect the sale value of the returned items only.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the credit amount.

REVERSE PICKUP
Yes, we do offer reverse pickup for eligible items within India.

In rare cases, reverse pickup may not be available for certain pin codes. If this occurs, you may be required to ship the item back to us at your own cost and risk.
