If your order has not been dispatched within the estimated period, you can reach out to us and we’ll assist you right away. For the tracking details, you will receive a WhatsApp message with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. Once your order is ready and dispatched, it is usually delivered within 5-10 days. To ensure your order reaches you safely and on time, we ship only through trusted and reputable logistics partners.

Please do not accept a parcel if it appears tampered with. We will not be held responsible for any damage or loss in such cases.
